When Barb, our founder & CEO, was in India earlier this year she met Tammie Pike one of the founders of Toowoomba Mumpreneurs Group.

Upon her return to Australia, Tammie contacted Barb and asked her to write an article for their Mumpreneurs magazine.

One of the reasons Tammie and her co-founder Emma Mogg established the group, was to help young mums find a balance between being a business owner and being a wife and mother.

For this very reason, Barb chose to write the attached article on ‘De-stressing in non-stressful ways’.

Our Founder & CEO Barb Wood has recently returned from the 2019 Women Economic Conference in India where she received an ‘Exceptional Women of Excellence’ award, and where she was asked to give two talks – ‘Reimagining Peace with Wellness’ and ‘Stress management: Choosing one thought over another’.

There were over 2,000 men and women from over 150 countries in attendance at the conference.

The beautiful lady presenting the award to Barb is Dr. Harbeen Arora, the only Indian woman to receive the honour of being named among the ‘100 Most Reputable People on Earth’.
